Overview:

As a Fresher Orthopedic Surgeon with an MS/DNB qualification you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. Your expertise will be integral in providing comprehensive medical care to patients with orthopedic issues. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver highquality compassionate care and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting thorough patient assessments and examinations
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as Xrays and MRI scans
Developing and implementing patient treatment plans
Performing surgical procedures as per the standard protocols
Providing pre and postoperative care and education to patients and their families
Collaborating with other medical professionals including anesthesiologists and physical therapists
Participating in medical rounds conferences and case reviews
Keeping detailed and accurate patient records
Adhering to ethical and legal standards in healthcare
Staying updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery

Required Qualifications:

MS or DNB degree in Orthopedic Surgery
Completion of internship and residency training in orthopedics
Valid medical license to practice as a surgeon
Excellent knowledge of orthopedic surgical techniques and procedures
Strong understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
