Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our management team. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a full-time position based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, with 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
Age not more than 32 years
Roles And Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling and logistics
Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and statistical analysis
Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications, and prioritize accordingly
Maintain and organize office systems, files, and databases
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
