M ain T as k s

Arrange production activities, including trial production, according to the production cycle and deadlines by maintaining long-, medium- and short-term production plans.
Ensure operation compliance with process requirement and identify non-conformities, operating and production problems.
Identify, plan, and provide resources required for carrying out production of paints, CED & quality control.
Maintain walkthrough in production plant to ensure early diagnostic of abnormalities and initiate timely corrective actions and preventive practices.
Identify, plan, and implement all the required BASF EHS / RC directives/ guidelines applicable to Coatings Production operation.
Responsible for implementing process safety requirements in Paint, CED Plant as well as QC Laboratory.
Identify, plan, and implement all actions to comply with the statutory requirements applicable to Coatings production operation.
Generate targets related to resource conservation, energy saving, waste minimization and delegate down the line along with action plan.
Plan and implement improvements projects identified from various audits, visits. Directives, ideas from within or outside. Further, monitor the progress and report the same to the concerned.
Lead and develop employees (according to BASF guidelines support of employees in personal development and qualification)
Establish communications with internal and external customers to maintain and improve overall operations efficiency.
Act as leading incident controller in case of emergency in admin Building, Paint Plant, CED Plant and RM Tanks farm during the general shift working hours (8.30n om to 5.30 pm).
