1. Job Title : Area Marketing Manager

2. Job Summary : As an Area Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for marketing activities, network development, and brand building to drive sales within your assigned territory.

3. Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.

- Conduct market, competitor, dealer, and user segment analysis.

- Implement digital marketing initiatives.

- Coordinate with other departments within the company.

- Complete company training program and exams.

- Provide training to dealers and their staff.

- Spend a minimum of 15 days (preferably 20 days) marketing in your assigned area.

- Any added work assigned by seniors looking at your ability.Â Â

4. Qualifications and Skills :

- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in grassroots marketing.

- Specific Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, proficiency in computer software (CRM, Google Office, Social Media, etc.), ability to learn and implement company-provided training in the field.

5. Reporting Structure : You will report to a Senior Officer, as determined by the company after your training.

6. Location and Schedule : This is a full-time position based in Jodhpur with approximately 15 to 20 days of travel to your assigned territory. The company does not allow part-time employment or concurrent academic pursuits with this role.
