We are looking for an IBM BPM/BAW Specialist to partner with customers and our internal teams to help support and design solutions for IBM BPM, IBM BAW and IBM Case Manager. The IBM BPM/BAW Specialist will work with enterprises to understand the customer business drivers as well as their existing architecture to design and execute a reliable go forward modernization strategies and solutions. The candidate should have implemented at least two IBM BAW medium to large scale solutions at large organizations. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience working directly with clients as a technical consultant or architect, and have experience in legacy IBM BPM (Lombardi), Case Manager, FileNet and BAW. They will not only be technically savvy but also have mastered the art of delivering customer solutions that meet their future requirements. The candidate will blend their analytical, solutions focused approach with a service oriented attitude. Responsibilities

Deep knowledge on Open Source Frameworks for designing and developing enterprise reference architectures

Experience in IBM BPM (BAW) solution design and development

Design customer architecture and solutions by working with them to assess their current and future infrastructure/business needs.

Understand complex data flows to define and execute technical migration strategies.

Provide subject matter expertise to customers in IBM BPM, Case Manager, FileNet and BAW.

Work with large scale enterprise BPM architectures to streamline BPM installations, build, implementations and sustainment.

Work with business analysts, developers, project managers, and users to capture, define, and document business requirements

Experience working with IBM BAW Administration like installation, configuration and fix packs.

Working with other technology areas to facilitate integration with external systems

Experience with JEE, XML, and RESTful Services and standards to develop custom.

Exposure to Web Standards and JavaScript/AJAX toolkits including Dojo 8.x in designing and developing Web 2.0 based UI modules including mobile devices

Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis on application and web servers to diagnose issues and rectify them

Eagerness to learn, develop and master new concepts around IBM CP4BA

Ability to communicate well with customers

IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation 21.0.x + o RHEL/OCP Cluster build and deployment o HA/DR o BPM migration to BAW on CP4BA Qualifications B.S / B.A or equivalent experience is required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.

At least ten years of experience in software development life cycle.

At least six years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

At least four years of experience in Design and architecture review.

Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
