Role - SFDC Scrum Master / Project Manager

Responsibilities
This is a varied delivery leadership role, with the following responsibilities:
· Co-ordinate with IFF PM for organizing all workshops/discussions & stakeholder connects
· Regular reporting on the progress of the engagement and highlight any challenges early
· Exp in leading a team of 15+ member
· Exp in data migration, product implementation, team management, external client interaction
· Implement project management, quality assurance and control procedures
· Work to ensure scope is effectively controlled in accordance with project definition
· Work closely with architects, technical teams, Business analysts to deliver project scope on time, on budget and with high quality deliverables.
· Communicate effectively with clients regarding the Salesforce project, technology and functionality.
· Use Salesforce experience to develop accurate work estimates, project budgets and timelines.
· Exercise required controls and propose improvements as required, including quality plans, issues and action logs, risk management plans and change control plans, for all aspects of the assignment.
· Lead the delivery team, drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully.
· Ensure business and assignment risks are identified, monitored and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the project delivery and success.
· Should have proven track record of executing multiple projects in parallel using agile methodology.
· Conduct status monitoring and reporting
· Ensure timely delivery of milestones
· Track, Monitor and report key metrics on projects.
· Should have understanding of Quality process and implementing them in projects.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Risk management (periodic review of project risks and people risks) and development of mitigating strategies
· Create sprint backlog (if any) & conduct daily scrum
· Initiate escalations as appropriate
· Ensure project is executed as per the right methodology

Required Qualifications and Background
· At least 9 years' experience in leading a team of 15+ member in delivering Salesforce projects
· Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online,
· Minimum Scrum Master certification
