Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Mumbai. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales consulting, customer satisfaction, communication, customer service and consulting.

Qualifications

Skills in Sales Consulting, Customer Satisfaction, and Consulting
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Excellent interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Prior experience in sales or consulting is preferred

Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and business objectives. This may involve identifying target markets, creating sales plans, and setting sales quotas.
Sales Process Improvement : Analyze sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. This may include streamlining workflows, adopting new technologies, and implementing best practices.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs, provide solutions, and address any concerns or issues to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting of sales revenues. Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive sales growth.
Product Knowledge and Demonstration : Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive advantages.
Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales efforts with overall company goals. Share customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product improvements and enhance customer experience.
Sales Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and performance analysis. Present findings to senior management and provide recommendations for further sales growth and optimization.
