Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Executive at Square Yards in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.

Qualifications

New Business Development and Lead Generation skills

Strong business communication abilities

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Bachelor's degree in any stream can apply

Comfortable with site visits and should have a two-wheeler.

CTC:

3.5 LPA fixed and incentives above that.

*Good communication skills.

*Sales negotiation is a plus.
