Manage and grow a company's social media presence and online reputation.

We expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social

media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to

express our company’s views creatively. You will be responsible for creating

original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers.

Responsibilities:

Fast-growth FinTech seeks a savvy and confident experienced Social Media

expert to shape and maintain the company’s presence

● Re-envision the social media pages for Kinara; eat, sleep, and breathe

fun content.

● Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand

awareness, and engagement, across various social media platforms

such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our CXOs.

● Monitor social media accounts, and respond to comments, messages,

and reviews in a timely and professional manner while maintaining the

brand's voice and image.

● Create and curate high-quality, engaging content such as creative

carousels, images, videos, and infographics that resonate with the

target audience and align with the brand's values and goals.

● Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging,

branding, and content across all marketing channels, including social

media, email, and website.

● Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best

practices, and incorporate them into the company's social media

strategy.

● Manage and grow the company's online community by fostering

engagement, and building relationships.

● Measure and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and

community engagement initiatives using analytics tools and make data-

driven recommendations for improvement.

● Monitor and report on competitors' social media activities and provide

insights and recommendations to help the company stay ahead of the

competition.

● Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to leverage their

reach and enhance the brand's visibility.

● Act as the company's spokesperson on social media, represent the

brand professionally and ethically, and respond to crises and negative

feedback promptly and appropriately. Qualifications &

Experience:

● 4+ to 6 years of Social Media experience, preferably with exposure in

the field of Technology, Finance, or B2B services.

● Must be creative, flexible and possess excellent communication and

writing skills

● Must be very organized, clear in communication, and willing to problem-

solve

● Must be a team player, willing to support other team members and

team or company priorities as necessary

● Knowledge of Canva, Adobe, and basic video/photo-taking skills is a

plus

● Take a brief writing and strategy test to showcase style, thought

process, problem-solving, and technical expertise

● The title and Salary for this position will be market competitive and

commensurate with the candidate's experience.
