Post/Job Title : Oracle HCM - Functional Specialist

Type of Engagement

A Consultant role, the engagement would be for a period of one-year, extendable based on performance and instituteâs requirement.

Job Purpose

The incumbent is responsible to identify, determine, and develop best technical solutions to satisfy functional and business requirements

Reporting to - Head-ERP

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities

â¢ Responsible for handling incidents, problems, service requests, change management and release management activities in Oracle ERP Cloud HCM.

â¢ Provide end-to-end managed services support in compliance with process flows and procedures.

â¢ Coordinate with Business team to understand the requirements and figure out the best solution/ work around ensuring compliance.

â¢ Ensure HR business process flows are complied with while resolving day-to-day operational issues.

â¢ Assist the business team with all required reports/ templates during statutory audits and with creating test scenarios, test scripts and in UAT.

â¢ Demonstrate the solution to the business and create user manuals/ training videos.

â¢ Work closely with other ERP team members.

â¢ Responsible to step up for any additional challenges and responsibilities.

Qualification and Personal Profile

â¢ The candidate should be a graduate.

â¢ The minimum experience required is 3 years in Oracle- Human Capital Management.

â¢ Experience in implementing/ upgrading/supporting Oracle ERP Cloud HCM engagements is required.

â¢ Experience in supporting managed service programs as a HCM functional consultant for Oracle ERP Cloud HCM engagements.

â¢ Working knowledge of data flow from other tracks such as Paybooks and Peoplesoft.

â¢ Knowledge in following Human Capital Management submodules:

- Oracle Cloud Core-HR

- Oracle Cloud Recruitment

- Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Performance Management,

- Oracle Cloud Compensation Processing

- Oracle Cloud Absence Management

â¢ Good understanding of HCM business process flows and functions.

Key Skill and Ability Requirements

Â· Sound oral communication and written skills in English.

Â· Ability to understand Reporting requirements, Data Extracts, Data Loading, Fast Formulae, Customization

Compensation

Â· The indicative CTC would be around Rs. 20 Lakhs per annum. The compensation would be fixed based on candidateâs qualification and experience.
