Job Description:

Fiery is seeking an experienced HR Manager / HR Lead with a strong background in global HR processes, operations, and HRIS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing human resources functions on a global scale, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and optimizing HR processes through the effective use of HRIS.

Global HR Ops Management:

Develop and implement global HR strategies in alignment with the organization's overall objectives.
Oversee and manage HR operations across multiple regions, ensuring consistency and compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
Collaborate with regional HR teams to address specific needs and challenges unique to each location.

HR Operations:

Lead and supervise day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
Streamline and optimize HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

HR Information Systems (HRIS):

Possess a strong background in HRIS implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
Leverage HRIS tools to generate meaningful HR analytics and reports for data-driven decision-making.
Stay abreast of emerging HR technologies and recommend system enhancements to meet evolving business needs.

Employee Relations:

Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies.
Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner. (this can be added to point 1)

Payroll:

Should have exp on global & India payroll activity

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on global processes, operations, and HRIS.
Strong understanding of international/APAC labor laws and regulations.
Proven experience in successfully managing HR functions on a global scale.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across levels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passion to grow; Willingness to learn, upskill, adapt, improve.
Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
