Role Description

Must to have 6+ years of experience into US Finance analysis

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Prepare and analyse financial reports, offering insights for decision-making.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning.

Excel Expertise:

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Develop and maintain spreadsheets for various financial processes.

QuickBooks Management:

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Oversee day-to-day financial transactions and entries in QuickBooks.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.

Financial Operations:

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Manage invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Oversee vendor relationships and payments.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Supervise timesheets, payroll processing, and related documentation (1099, W2, C2C).

Qualifications:

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Over 7 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Demonstrated expertise in Excel, budgeting, and forecasting.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and other accounting software.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Familiarity with ATS tools, particularly Oorwin, is advantageous.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience in invoicing, vendor management, timesheets, and payroll.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Understanding of 1099, W2, C2C payment processes.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Excellent organizational and communication skills
