Job Overview
We are hiring a Guest Services Associate to join our dynamic team at AIPL. As a Guest Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. This is a full-time position with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years). The role is based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. Qualifications And Skills
1 to 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends

Roles And Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their needs and concerns are addressed
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations
Ensure the guest service area is clean, organized, and well-maintained
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues
Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and points of interest
Promote hotel services and facilities to guests
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Follow all hotel policies and procedures
Adhere to safety and security protocols
Provide feedback to management on guest preferences and trends
